A note on feeling stuck

Most people who feel stuck aren’t actually stuck.
They’re holding too many decisions at once.
When everything feels important, the nervous system does the only sensible thing it can — it pauses.
That pause often gets labelled as procrastination or avoidance.
But it’s usually neither.
It’s a signal that there’s too much noise to move cleanly.
Clarity doesn’t come from pushing through that feeling. It comes from deciding what no longer needs your attention right now.
When even one thing drops away, the next step tends to appear on its own.
You don’t need momentum yet.
You need space.
