These terms govern your use of the BlackSheep Strategic Advisory website and the purchase of services or products from BlackSheep Strategic Advisory (ABN: [INSERT ABN]), operated by Courtney Carpenter ("BlackSheep", "we", "I").

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or subscribing to The Signal, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Services

Boost Your Business ($250 AUD) A single 90-minute advisory session delivered via Zoom. Payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe. The session will be scheduled upon confirmation of payment.

Monthly Strategic Advisory ($3,000 AUD/month) An ongoing advisory engagement including weekly sessions and direct access between sessions. Engagement is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Either party may end the engagement with 14 days' written notice.

SME Marketing Toolkit ($9.99 AUD) A digital download product. Delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. See Section 5 (Refunds) for digital product policy.

2. Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment for Boost Your Business sessions and the SME Marketing Toolkit is processed via Stripe at the time of booking or purchase. Monthly Advisory invoices are issued at the start of each month.

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Boost Your Business sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

• If BlackSheep needs to cancel a session, a full refund will be issued or the session rescheduled at your preference.

Monthly Advisory: Either party may end the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable. No fees are charged after notice is given.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including copy, methodology, frameworks, and case studies — is the intellectual property of Courtney Carpenter / BlackSheep Strategic Advisory. It may not be reproduced, repurposed, or distributed without written permission.

The SME Marketing Toolkit is licensed for personal or internal business use only. It may not be resold or redistributed.

Session notes and written summaries provided to clients are for the client's own use and may not be shared or published without permission.

5. Confidentiality

BlackSheep treats all information shared during advisory sessions as confidential. We will not share client business information with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

We ask that clients treat the content of sessions and any written summaries as confidential to the engagement.

6. Limitation of liability

Advisory services are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. BlackSheep is not liable for business outcomes resulting from decisions made following advisory sessions.

To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, BlackSheep's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services remedied if they fail to meet an acceptable standard.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at weareblacksheep.com.au. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
