BlackSheep Strategic Advisory (ABN: [INSERT ABN]) is committed to delivering genuine value in every engagement. This policy sets out the terms for refunds across our services and products.

 

Boost Your Business — $250 AUD

Cancellation more than 48 hours before your session: Full refund, no questions asked. Processed via Stripe within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation within 48 hours of your session: Non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional cost, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the original session time.

If we cancel: If BlackSheep needs to cancel a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost — your choice.

 

Monthly Strategic Advisory — $3,000 AUD/month

Monthly Advisory is month-to-month with no lock-in. Either party may end the engagement with 14 days' written notice.

Fees paid for the current month are non-refundable once the month has commenced. No further fees are charged after notice is given.

 

SME Marketing Toolkit — $9.99 AUD

The Toolkit is a digital download product delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, it is non-refundable once downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the product, contact us at courtney@weareblacksheep.com.au and we will resolve it promptly.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Our services and products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a service fails to meet an acceptable standard, or a product is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
