I am a Strategic Interventionist.

Not a coach. Not a consultant. The person who looks at the whole picture, names what's actually in the way, and identifies the three moves that change it.

THE PROOF

15 years. International markets. No degree.

Named launches: Scrub Daddy (AU), The Pink Stuff (AU), Alya Skin (UK, into Boots). Sexpo rebrand. Village Roadshow. NFP sector. Million-dollar budgets. Boardrooms I had no business being in — and delivered in every one of them.

I built the track record through results. Not credentials. Not a network I was born into. Through the particular focus of someone who had to be twice as sharp to earn half the recognition — and decided early that being underestimated was information, not a limitation.

THE STORY

Here is what I know about operating under pressure: I learned it the hard way.

I grew up in a controlled environment and left at 17 with no map and a strong feeling that a different kind of life was available if I was willing to go find it. I walked into corporate rooms without a degree, figured out the pattern under the noise faster than the people who'd been there for years, and built a career that way — launch by launch, boardroom by boardroom.

I was sexually harassed in workplaces that were supposed to protect me. I raised it through the right channels and was quietly steered toward the exit for doing so. I spent years performing at a level that should have been impossible for someone carrying what I was carrying — an undiagnosed ADHD brain running at twice the pace, a personal life quietly falling apart, and the particular exhaustion of being competent in rooms that preferred to overlook it.

And then it found me. Burnout. A relationship I should have left earlier. The day I packed everything I owned into a storage container and went back to my parents' house to start again.

Two years later, in a different city, with a different relationship to the noise — I built BlackSheep.

WHY BLACKSHEEP EXISTS

Not because I needed a business.

Because 15 years of watching businesses, campaigns, and capable people slow down — for the same avoidable reasons, again and again — produced something I couldn't keep to myself.

Most businesses don't fail because the product was wrong or the person wasn't capable enough. They slow down because everything starts to feel equally important at once, and nobody in the room has the distance to see what's actually going on.

I have that distance. It cost me something to build it. And I built a practice around it.

WHAT I DO AND DON'T DO

I am not a coach. I don't hand out homework or ask you how that makes you feel.

I am not a consultant who builds decks. I don't spend three months producing a report that points in twelve directions and recommends you "consider" all of them.

I am a Strategic Interventionist. I look at what's actually happening, name what's in the way, and identify the three moves that change it. The clarity is the deliverable.

I work with capable, overloaded business owners who are the smartest person in their room — and somehow still stuck.

People who've outgrown surface-level advice. People who already know more than they think and need someone to help them see it.

If that's you — let's work.
