Operational clarity → business that runs without you

A workshop owner doing what most trade business owners do — running everything himself.
Good at the trade. Drowning in the business. The kind of operator who books work, does the work, invoices the work, and repeats — with no capacity to look up and think about where the business is actually going.
The problem wasn't capability. It was that everything ran through one person, and that person had no system for deciding what mattered most.
The Work
We started by mapping where the business was actually spending its time versus where it needed to be. Finding the friction — the tasks that were consuming energy without building anything. Identifying what needed to stay with the owner and what needed to be lifted off him.
The goal: create enough operational clarity that the owner could move from working in the business to working on it.
That means different decisions get made. Different opportunities get seen. Different hires become possible.
What this work is
Not a business plan. Not a growth strategy.
A clear view of what's actually going on — and the three specific moves that change it.
This engagement is ongoing.
